Certainly, HELB is yet another public website that is very difficult to access. Despite attempts to access the website in various times of the day, logging in to the site remains avery big challenge. Come to think of it, the very students applying for the first time have got a deadline to think about which actually set by the those in HELB.
Personally, I believe this public institution is doing a good job in providing funds to the public for enabling them to access education. However, it is high time they style to make an accessible site. Not once have accessed this WWW.helb.com but all i get is this "problem loading page" and this wanting.
Waking up at 2 am or 3am to Load Helb pages for registration is not pleasing and i believe they program their site or use ideal servers to cater for the huge traffic. I am stranded and i know i speak for many out there. Let us voice our disapproval of the site and they deadline because they inaccessible. We can call for extension of their deadline or alternatively manual registration should be re-introduced. Am one the very very frustrated helb customers yet its a loan!!!!!!! what if the money was theirs?
